In My Pantry

An organic pantry is essential!  There are so many reasons to keep a pantry list, one being, you don't have to reinvent the wheel every time you go to the grocery store.  If you know which items you shop for regularly, it makes it much easier.  Here are some items that are my favorites.  Make your own list so you can take it with you when you shop.  I have included dry, frozen and fresh items to keep on hand.  When at all possible, buy organic and local.
